Are you looking for a Brokerage to call home? We offer a boutique experience and a team mentality, with some pretty awesome perks. Whether you are an experienced agent, or a brand new one, you will get extensive training in The Ruby Way and never feel lost and alone.
We have an 80/20 split for all leads except for Brokerage generated leads (which are 70/30 and you can opt to not receive them). We meet once a month after the LRG for a lunch and learn in Kapolei as well as occasional, and optional, team building events.
