Do You Need A Property Manager?
Ruby Realty does Property Management on the island of Oahu. We pride ourselves on taking excellent care of our owners and tenants as well as the properties themselves. 
 
We use a combination of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), dedicated address websites, and social media to flood the internet with high quality photos of the home and get your home in front of as many potential tenants as possible. We then consider credit reports, pay stubs and rental history to try to find the best tenant/caretaker for your home.
Your Hale, Our Ohana
Katie Bolobanic and Michelle Ichikawa are our dedicated Property Manager agents. They each can hold no more than 20 homes in their PM file. This way they can offer dedicated service to the homes, owners and tenants.
 
We charge 10% for management, but offer small case loads, online payment and disbursements, fast maintenance response and a host of contractors to perform the work.
