A little about me…
I am a 3rd generation Realtor who works extremely hard for my clients and I deliberately narrow my expertise to the Ewa Beach/Kapolei area, where I live as well as work and where I have been a full-time agent for over 6 years. For the last 2 years I have been the Broker and Owner of Ruby Realty, a company I am very proud of. I have been voted one of the top Realtors in Hawaii by Honolulu Magazine and a top 6% Realtor by Trulia.com.
So what is the secret? I am very pro-active in marketing my clients’ homes. Open Houses, targeted email blasts to buyer agents in the area, premier listings status on the major real estate search engines (Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com), Facebook ads, and professional photos, will all help get your home seen by the most buyers possible. It’s a combination of all those things, plus personalized attention to details and to my clients. You will not be passed off to an assistant and it’s my phone number on the sign out front.
For Buyers, I use my knowledge of the island and market to help find you the perfect home for your ohana. And… I’m FAST! While other agents are working on island time, I have already submitted your offer for your dream home and gotten you into escrow before their clients even got a foot in the door!

Being a Navy brat, I moved around quite a lot growing up. Most of that time I spent in Japan and really loved the experience of growing up there. When moving to Hawaii, I got to learn, love and appreciate the island, her people and her many distinct cities.
